I have not been able to write a lot lately, but I decided to start again writing a bit more in my blog. Important is that I am going through a difficult phase at the moment and I just want to put my thoughts a bit on paper. It looks like after two years of intensive work here in Russia, that I might need to leave Russia due to strategic conflicts with our local partners. It seems that there are just too many conflict of interest, which are not able to be solved on the necessary levels, meaning that WK is not willing to take a clear and forcefull stand on what they want with Russia and from the Russian management.
